Nichola is an FCA, and she has been providing tax advice to professional firms since 1995 and she established the Virtual Tax Partner™ support service for accountants in 2000.

She had trained with Baker Tilly before establishing first an accounting and then a tax practice. She was tax editor of Accountingweb before joining the Practical Law Company to develop a legal web service for accountants. She created this webservice and launched it in October 2009.

A contributor to the leading tax magazines and web sites and lecturer, she attends tax events at the ICAEW, CIOT and ATT, sits on the ATT tax technical committee and a number of HMRC forums and supports her local Working Together initiatives with HMRC.

Nichola has been solving cross-tax problems for hundreds of professional firms, of all sizes, for 20 years.
