The Chancellor, Sajid Javid, has announced that in the event that we leave the EU on 31 October 2019 with a deal, there will be a budget on 6 November 2019.
In the event of no deal, the government has said it will take early action to support the economy, businesses and households and that this will be followed by a Budget in the following weeks.
Budget representations can be made to HM Treasury up to 30 October 2019.
