The Chancellor of the Exchequer, George Osborne, has announced that the government will publish its next Budget on Wednesday 16 March 2016.
Draft legislation for the 2016 Finance Bill was published on 9 December 2015, this includes further detail on the new Dividend tax.
We are await to hear the outcome of various ongoing consultations, including employee travel together with an update from the Office of Tax Simplification following its review of small company taxation.
The Chancellor made his Autumn Statement on 24 November 2015, in this he outlined proposals for the Finance Bill 2016.
