From April 2019
- The Welsh Government will set a Welsh rate of Income Tax for non-savings, non-dividend income for Welsh taxpayers.
- This will be in addition to UK Income Tax which will be reduced for Welsh taxpayers.

From April 2018:
- Welsh Land Transaction Tax replaces Stamp Duty Land Tax.
- Landfill Disposals Tax replaces Landfill Tax
