HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) has decided to put back the start date of its highly controversial 'agent view' pilot.
The move follows comments from the representative bodies on the Joint Tax Agent Strategy Steering Group, and HMRC has decided to allow time for more discussion.
The agent view pilot is intended to "call time" on agents who’s performance isn’t what HMRC expects to see as part of a new pilot.
